1.         President Updates

            A. Review Planning Retreat: Discussed clarification of the role of our project review committee.

            B. Website service proposal: TIV’s proposal for extended website services will be presented to the board for discussion and approval.

2.         ED Updates

            A. Future board meeting guest:

                        A “Townhall Meeting” with John Cregan/SR Chief of Police is being planned for our board and RRSQ Merchants. Date is pending. The DAO is hosting a similar meeting on Tuesday, 2/7 and has extended an invitation to RRSQ Association. 

3.         Budget updates: no discussion due to time restraints
