Chef Josh Silvers from Syrah Bistro recently opened Jackson’s Bar and Oven — a casual, hot new restaurant serving classic American cuisine and interesting new dishes from his wood fired oven. Jackson’s opens daily at 11:30 a.m. and stays open through the day and into the night. It also features some innovative, fun, cool cocktails — some with a twist!
